Toddler Classes take place as part of the Bay Area Discovery Museum’s offerings and reflect the museum’s focus on joyful play for young children. The program is connected to immersive experiences that spark creativity, foster curiosity, and encourage meaningful connections between children, their families, and the world around them. Toddler Classes are offered within a museum that is dedicated to the belief that every child has the potential to grow and thrive through joyful play.
• Ages: 0–3 years old
• Schedule: Museum open Wednesday–Sunday, 10AM–4PM, with a member hour from 9–10AM Wednesday–Sunday

The museum offers professional development workshops, family programs, and educational resources that support adults as they nurture children’s growth at home and in the classroom. The museum is involved in access programs, STEAM Workshops, and the Try It Truck, and participates in programs such as Museums for All and partnerships with local schools and organizations, including San Francisco Unified School District and San Rafael.
