Pacific Flow Swim School offers infant and toddler swim lessons, school age swim lessons, adult swim lessons, adaptive swim lessons, and general swim lessons. The program also offers open swim, 2-hour open swim sessions, birthday parties, 2-hour private birthday parties reservable online, and triathlon training in Scotts Valley. Families can also sign up for the PacFlow Swim & Sports Camp and summer camp, which include field sports, court sports, trail hiking, swim lessons, and free swim.

Pacific Flow Swim School is an accredited year-round swim school with a comfortable, heated pool and 90-degree water with state-of-the art filtration, UV, and sanitation. Small group classes use a human development-based curriculum and a child development curriculum based on incremental skill progression, frequent repetition, multiple modalities, and achieving progress through play, with small group lessons in a 1:4 ratio grouping students by age and ability. The program includes safety and water adaptation skills in every class, uses teaching toys and curriculum for progress through play, and offers a tailored adaptive program for individuals of all abilities.
Instructors at Pacific Flow Swim School are background checked, are Red Cross Lifeguards, follow USSSA guidelines for water safety, and are checked via the State of California Trustline Registry. The crew receives 50+ hours of training, including abuse prevention, learn-to-swim curriculum, Red Cross Lifeguard Training, child-aquatic development, and more, and the Pacific Flow crew is competitively compensated and earns progressive rewards and raises. The program is family-owned and operated, is proudly run by a local dad with three kids at local schools with roots in Santa Cruz County, and is led by Jeff Griffith-Jones, a local dad of three and aquatics and recreation professional with over 20 years of mastery.
