About
Mt. Gilead Summer Camp offers week-long summer camp programs for youth, with each program intentionally designed to help campers experience God and have fun at the same time. The camp also offers Timothy Teams, a leadership training program that includes one week of High School Camp. During the summer, the program provides week-long camp experiences for youth and asks campers to bring refillable water bottles.
• Ages: 6–18 years old
• Schedule: Week-long summer camp sessions with registration on Sundays from 4–6 pm and a closing program on Fridays at 10:45 am
• Price: Junior (4–6th) Camp 1 and Camp 2: $669; High School (9–12th) Camp: $749; Junior High (6–8th) Camp 1 and Camp 2: $739; Kids Camp (1st–3rd): $249; Timothy Teams (Leadership Training): $1239, which includes 1 week of High School Camp
Mt. Gilead Summer Camp offers specific sessions including Junior (4–6th) Camp 1 from June 28–July 3, Junior (4–6th) Camp 2 from July 19–24, High School (9–12th) Camp from July 5–10, Junior High (6–8th) Camp 1 from June 21–26, Junior High (6–8th) Camp 2 from July 12–17, Kids Camp (1st–3rd) from July 28–30, and Timothy Teams (Leadership Training) from July 5–24. Space is limited for these programs.
Mt. Gilead’s core mission is to support the local Christian church and share the hope found in Jesus Christ with campers who attend its programs. The ministry of the camp is founded upon the Word of God and personal faith in Jesus Christ, and it exists to share the gospel by serving and partnering with churches and Christian ministries in northern California. The camp offers innovative programs that bring together multiple generations, as well as hands-on leadership development training for high schoolers, and throughout the year it hosts quality Christian programs for adults.
Mt. Gilead rents its facilities to churches and other Christian organizations and hosts its own summer camps for children from 1st–12th grade. Throughout the year, it also hosts Christian schools and other ministries that use Mt. Gilead for their own retreat programming.
