TLC Child & Family Services

TLC Child & Family Services offers foster care and adoption, Journey Academy, and young adult housing. It provides foster care and adoption services through a licensed foster family and adoption agency, a non-public high school and short-term residential treatment program for teens, and transition age youth housing programs for young people living independently.

About the provider

TLC Child & Family Services has been serving youth and families since 1975. Its mission is to offer a continuum of evidence based treatment and relationship-focused care to youth and families in California's Sonoma County and beyond. The organization is a licensed foster family and adoption agency and is recognized as one of only 10 organizations in California to earn the HRC Innovative Inclusion Recognition.

Comprehensive programming serving ages 0-25 includes foster care, adoption and post-adoption services, residential treatment, behavioral health, special education, and transition-age youth housing services for young adults.
