Summer at Buckley offers activities such as swimming twice a week, water play, soccer, baseball, golf, and brain games. Campers can also take part in filmmaking and intro to film, musical theater, robotics, Spanish, baking, sculpture and art creations, sculpture, hand-building techniques, wheel throwing, and mixed-media clay design. Additional options include dance styles such as jazz, hip-hop, contemporary, lyrical, and commercial dance, as well as basketball skills like ball handling, shooting, defense, game fundamentals, structured drills, group instruction, and daily scrimmages.

• Schedule: Summer Camp runs from Monday, June 15 to Friday, July 24, 2026, with regular hours from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and drop-off beginning at 8:00 a.m.; extended care is available until 4:30 p.m.
• Price: Full 5-Day Week: $595 plus a $45 materials fee when applicable; Short 4-Day Week: $476 plus a $45 materials fee when applicable; extended care is $15 per 30 minutes from 3:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Summer at Buckley includes lunch every day. The Buckley Summer Camp is open to children entering grades one through eight at Buckley and elsewhere, and Buckley’s Kinder Adventure Camp is for children entering Buckley kindergarten only. Younger campers engage in a variety of activities throughout the day, while older campers can mix and match their activities. The school reserves the right to close enrollment or to cancel a course offering, and no refunds are issued if a child withdraws after May 1, 2026, when tuition becomes 100% non-refundable.
The Junior Counselor-in-Training (CIT) Program is application-based for rising 7th through 9th grade students, and Junior CITs earn a Red Cross Babysitting Certificate and work together to plan and lead an activity for younger campers. Junior CITs will earn a Red Cross Babysitting Certificate. Junior CITs will earn a Red Cross Babysitting Certificate.
Summer at Buckley is led by Summer Camp Director Ms. Ruelas, and withdrawals are handled through the Business Office contact, Monica Delgadillo. The Buckley School’s mission states that it is a dynamic, nurturing learning community committed to equity and inclusion, with innovative teachers and challenging programs that inspire creativity, courage, and collaboration, and that it promotes balanced development of mind, body, and character so that each student can find joy and meaning in life and make an impact in the world.
