Valley Martial Arts Center Kids Program

Valley Martial Arts Center Kids Program offers Kids Karate and Kids Jiu-Jitsu as part of its training. The program also includes Shotokan Karate, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and Budoshin self-defense as specific martial arts disciplines for children.

Valley Martial Arts Center Kids Program is part of a school that has been providing instruction since 2010. The program is led by VMAC owners Jon Budd, Taichiro Kaijima, and Eiko Murata, who are three karate black belts. The instructors are direct students of Hidetaka Nishiyama, whose teaching history is connected to the Central Dojo (NKI) in Los Angeles, CA. The school is a member of the World Budo Karate Association, a national traditional karate federation that is non-political and non-profit, and this association follows the Sensei Nishiyama system of principles. The broader mission of the program’s organization is to help participants discover the many benefits of martial arts training and to share these benefits in the community and worldwide.
