G3 Academy of Martial Arts offers self-defense training that includes Hapkido, joint locks, pressure points, throws, grappling, kicks, punches, and takedowns. The program also provides G3 Online video courses that cover kicking, technique, drills, games, and theory, with instruction from top G3 masters and over 70 videos available. A first free lesson is available to new students.

G3 Academy of Martial Arts was founded in 2012. The program states that it provides practical, effective self-defense training for men, women, children, and adults of all ages, sizes, and ability levels. Its stated goal is to help students develop effective self-defense skills while building fitness, discipline, focus, confidence, respect, and resilience, and to help students grow stronger mentally, physically, and emotionally through positive and supportive instruction. G3 Academy of Martial Arts also states that it is “Building a Stronger and Healthier Community.”
The leadership team includes Master Darlas, an instructor and 6th-degree Hapkido black belt who was formerly Master Kim’s chief instructor, and founder and head instructor Gary Gapezzani, a 5th-degree black belt. According to the program, Gary Gapezzani has more than 30 years of martial arts experience, holds a degree in Communications and two master’s degrees in Education, and has more than 17 years of experience as a classroom teacher.
