Top One Martial Arts offers martial arts and self-defense training, including HKD martial arts. The program includes training that combines self-defense skills with a focus on both body and mind. Classes take place at Top One Martial Arts.
• Ages: 5–18 years old
• Schedule: Class options Monday–Friday between 9:00AM and 8:30PM, with private classes available on Saturdays
The program is led by Renshi Vicken Joukadarian, also referred to as Sensei Vic. Renshi Vicken has spent over 27 years in martial arts and holds a 5th degree black belt in HKD-MMA and a 3rd degree black belt in Krav Maga Survival. He has held USA World Championships in Las Vegas in grappling, point fighting, team point fighting, and continuous fighting. He has provided training and consultation throughout the US to organizations such as the LAPD, SWAT, and US Marines, and has led private security detail for many dignitaries, celebrities, and VIPs. He has also provided expertise in the educational and private sector, including LA Unified Schools and Pasadena Schools, and has a stated passion for serving the community and for teaching children and youth in the community to be good people.
