Oak Park Tennis Center Programs offer recreational tennis, tennis lessons, tournaments, and inter-club competition. Participants can also reserve tennis courts and purchase retail items in the full service pro shop.

Oak Park Tennis Center has 10 lighted tennis courts, 1 pro court with a ball machine, a full service pro shop, a clubhouse, and clean restrooms and showers. The programs are open to the public for recreational tennis, tennis lessons, tournaments, and inter-club competition. Oak Park Tennis Center Programs include a free 15 minute evaluation from a USPTA Elite Pro and offer programs for all ages and levels, with options to join a club for friendly competition or social tennis at a matching level. The center is managed by Director of Tennis Antwan Graves, a USPTA Elite Tennis Instructor, and the website includes links to other websites with information about activities and events happening at the center.

Peter Juarez, who managed and operated Oak Park Tennis Center for the last 21 years, has been inducted into the Stockton Athletic Hall of Fame, the Stockton Mexican Sports Hall of Fame, and the Edison High School Hall of Fame for his dedicated service to the community. Oak Park Tennis Center is described as home of a tennis community in the San Joaquin Valley and is part of a larger park area that also includes baseball fields, a community swimming pool, a full size ice-skating rink, a senior citizen's center, and 200 year-old oak trees. Oak Park Tennis Center was built by and is owned by the City of Stockton, and its mission statement thanks families for their interest and expresses the hope that they will find what they need to visit the center.
