Allstar Kung Fu offers classes in Kung Fu, Wushu, self defense, Tai Chi, and Qi Gong. The program also includes lion dance, in-house performances, and in-house tournaments. Families can access Child Kung Fu, Adult Kung Fu, Tai Chi, and Senior Health free trial classes.

Allstar Kung Fu was established in 2007, and Master Jack founded Allstar Kung Fu in 2006. The mission of Allstar Kung Fu is to nurture and inspire the community with the best of what martial arts has to offer. Allstar Kung Fu brings Chinese martial arts to the Bay Area community and offers classes for levels from toddlers to seniors. The program lists upcoming events including a 2026 Googirl Dance Gala performance, a 2026 Summer Kung Fu Camp, and a 2026 Spring Kung Fu Camp.
The leadership team includes Founder Master Jack Lu and assistant coaches Irena Lin, Dr. Mayumi Yoshida, and Michael Jones. Master Jack received a BA in Chinese martial arts from Wuhan Sports University in China, was ranked a First Class Athlete and First Class Judge in China, and is a certified judge of the USA Wushu Kungfu Federation (USAWKF). He has won various international and national Chinese martial arts tournaments. Dr. Yoshida has participated in many competitions, earning all-around championships in the traditional categories at CMAT, holds a black belt, and her daughter Nicolle made it into the US National Junior Team. The program notes that its instructors have lifetimes of expertise ranging from coaching and training all levels to performing and competing in championships at the national and international level, and that they have developed unique instructional methods offering students a variety of perspectives on martial arts. The program also notes that a mother-daughter pair from Allstar Kung Fu has participated in many community performances, and that Master Jack volunteers his time at various events and performances Allstar hosts and attends.
