Tulip Kids After School Program includes homework support along with a wide range of activities such as STEAM projects, physical education, and enrichment activities. Children take part in advanced math concepts, hands-on science experiments, literature appreciation, creative writing workshops, and student-led projects. The program also offers drawing, painting, craft workshops, dance, drama, music activities, cultural events, collaborative art and design projects, coding, robotics, science projects, interactive experiments, engineering challenges, sports, yoga, outdoor activities, and other physical activities.

Tulip Kids After School Program is led by qualified educators and mentors, including certified teachers with years of experience in early childhood education. The leadership team includes Co-Founders Deepti Mohta and Sneha Vedula. Tulip Kids Academy opened in 2013, and Tulip Family Day Care was founded eight years before the time of writing of the About page. The stated mission is: “We create an environment where learning is fun, creativity flourishes, and every child's potential is nurtured.” The program is part of an organization trusted by over 15,000 families across the USA and India and has multiple locations across the San Francisco Bay Area.
The organization reports partnerships with Choices for Children, Go Kids, and CalWorks to support families. Ms. Sneha is actively involved in several non-profit organizations in the Bay Area and initiates fundraising activities, and Ms. Deepti has performed volunteer services with a Child Care Center in San Jose, CA. In 2008, Ms. Deepti received an award from the Mayor of the City of Sunnyvale for expertise, sound business practices, and outstanding local contributions in child care and development, and she is currently a nominee for the Presidential Citizen Medal. One Tulip Kids Academy location at Lawrence Station is NAEYC accredited.
