Playfactory Preschool is a non-sectarian preschool that is partially supported by the Temple City Christian Church and is located in the church complex. The program has been serving children in the San Gabriel Valley since 1973 and was started by the Temple City Christian Church to answer the needs of families in Temple City, San Gabriel, Arcadia, Pasadena, Rosemead, and the wider San Gabriel Valley. The mission of Playfactory Preschool is to promote the physical, social, emotional, and intellectual development of young children, based on modern scientific understanding of preschool-age child development, in a warm, comfortable, non-competitive place where each child is accepted as an individual.
