About
Beach Futbol Club offers soccer camps, a junior academy, development programs, competitive levels in the SoCal Soccer League, and elite teams in the ECNL, ECNL RL, and Pre-ECNL. The program also runs the Winter Cup, training and camps, a Development Program, Summer / Pro Womens (WPSL), Summer Camps 2026, and tryouts.
Beach Futbol Club includes more than 170 teams and over 2,500 players across three regions under one mission. The club’s mission statement is “Where champions are made, not found.” Beach FC describes itself as one of the most respected youth soccer programs in the nation, with a focus on elite competition, player development, and a legacy of excellence. The club reports 25+ players currently committed to playing at top college programs, 17 active national team players, and current youth national team representation. Beach FC states that it is built by coaches, directors, administrators, families, volunteers, and a community committed to helping players grow on and off the field.
The leadership team includes Steve Grace (President), Mauricio Ingrassia (Club Director), Mark Hodson (Chief Operating Officer), Diego Souza (Director of Coaching and South Bay Girls Director), Jennifer Davy (Club Administrator), and Shelly Marsden (Director of Operations). Additional directors include Jeff Joyner (Girls Elite Teams Director), Anton Arrache (Girls ECNL Director), Dan McCarthy (Boys ECNL Director), Tommy Osbourne (South Bay Boys Director), Sal Diaz (Long Beach Director), Benny Artiaga (Long Beach Boys Director), Isaac Ayala (Long Beach Girls Director), Marcus Chorvat (El Segundo Director), Shaun Maudlin (Boys ECNL RL & ECNL RL SoCal Director), Tino Nunez (Girls ECNL RL & ECNL RL SoCal Director), and Vincent Probosz (Director of Marketing).
