Pre-school children ages 3.5–5 years learn social skills through basic karate movements and discipline and learn “rules and thank you!” Kinder and school-age children 6–9 years learn karate techniques and forms called kata, and they begin belt tests and sparring while learning respect, focus, and independence. Young kids ages 10–15 years learn advanced karate techniques and kata, and advanced belt tests and sparring begin. A contact option and a free trial are available.
