South Bay Educational Therapy

South Bay Educational Therapy offers educational therapy for children, adolescents, and adults. The program also offers explicit reading instruction through a structured literacy approach, executive functioning support, remedial math, and advocacy services that include IEP reviews, accommodations and modifications, records reviews, and school placement assistance.

About the provider

The mission of South Bay Educational Therapy is to combine educational and therapeutic approaches to support children, adolescents, and adults with learning disabilities and learning challenges. Kevin Bansley, MA, ET/P, is a credentialed educational specialist and structured literacy dyslexia interventionist with a Master’s degree from the Azusa Pacific Graduate School of Special Education. He is a member of the Association of Educational Therapists, International Dyslexia Association (IDA), CHADD, and the Learning Disabilities Association of America (LDA), and received dual accreditation as a Certified Provider from UCLA’s PEERS® Program in 2023.

The office offers a FREE consultation. Office hours are Monday-Friday 8AM-6PM. The treatment is described as individualized and not replicable, and is continuously adapted to ongoing research and data.
