Charles Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Academy Tracy

Charles Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Academy Tracy offers Kids Jiu-Jitsu Classes for ages 4 to 15. The academy also offers self-defense training during regular Jiu-Jitsu classes, NO-GI class twice a month during regularly scheduled classes, and Jiu-Jitsu for women in regularly scheduled classes. Adult Jiu-Jitsu Classes are offered for ages 16 and older.

About the provider

The academy is open Monday through Saturday, with hours of 6:00 am to 8:00 pm on Monday and Wednesday, 11:00 am to 8:10 pm on Tuesday and Thursday, 4:10 pm to 5:45 pm on Friday, and 9:00 am to 12:00 pm on Saturday. It is closed on Sunday. For an introductory lesson, a uniform is provided, and the notes say to bring a bottle of water and flip-flops to wear outside the mat area. Classes are with gi unless specified on the schedule.

You are welcome to watch a class, but the best way to experience the class is to get on the mat. To attend a free introductory BJJ class, call or stop by to schedule an appointment. Class scheduling is flexible and students may alternate days each week. Classes are with GI unless specified on schedule.
