Open Mat Academy offers training in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, wrestling, taekwondo, boxing, kick boxing, and Muay Thai kick boxing. The program also includes a 5 Week Jiu Jitsu Program, Peak Performance Group Fitness, and a fitness program, along with access to a TheraLight 360 infrared therapy bed.

Open Mat Academy offers a Pee Wee program for ages 4–7 years old, a Youth program for ages 8–12 years old, and a Teens & Adults program for ages 13 years old and above. The mission statement explains that it is a traditional school with respect and honor that uses current techniques and tailors to student goals, including getting in shape, learning self defense, or becoming a high level competitor. Open Mat Academy received the Best Of Tracy Tracy Press 2024 recognition. A free class option is available, and the academy offers a TheraLight 360 high-powered infrared recovery bed.
