Open Mat Academy offers training in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Wrestling, Taekwondo, Boxing, Kick Boxing, Muay Thai Kick Boxing, and Muay Thai. The program also includes Peak Performance Group Fitness, a 5 Week Jiu Jitsu Program, and a Fitness Program. Open Mat Academy includes multiple styles of martial arts and combat sports at different age groups, including Pee Wee, Youth, and Teens & Adults programs.
