Music and Movement

Music and Movement is part of a broader program that includes a music and movement program, an art program, nutritional classes, mindful activities, yoga, and public speaking. The music and movement program focuses on coordination, listening skills, creativity, fun, and exploration. Children also take part in an art program, a nutritional program, daily mindfulness in the classroom routine, yoga that engages heart, mind, and body in a fun and playful way, and a public speaking program that builds strong communication skills from an early age.
