The Tracy Unified School District Preschool Program offers the School Readiness Preschool Program for 3-4 year old children. It is a half-day preschool program with a 3-hour learning experience, offered Monday through Friday. AM classes meet from 8:30-11:30 a.m., and PM classes meet from 12:30-3:30 p.m.

The program follows Tracy Unified's traditional calendar with a few exceptions and runs 175 days per year. Enrollment uses a wait list, a Pre-Application, and an Enrollment Application, and an enrollment appointment is required. Required documentation includes proof of California address, birth certificates for all children under 18 in the family size, up-to-date immunization records, a physical exam with Physician’s Report (LIC701) including TB screening, and recent gross income documentation.
Eligibility categories listed for California State Preschool Program (CSPP) include current aid recipient, income eligible, homelessness, child protective services, disability, categorical eligibility via specified benefit programs, income up to 15% above threshold, and neighboring school FRPM status. Priority/waitlist placement order is described for CPSP enrollment.
