Turlock Recreation Services – After School, Camps, Sports, Classes & Aquatics offers after school and out of school programs that include homework assistance, arts, crafts, games, and pool time. The program also offers sports such as baseball, softball, golf, soccer, basketball, track, volleyball, football, and tennis, along with dance, self-defense, fitness, babysitting, a junior lifeguard program, water polo, and swim lessons. Participants can also take part in events such as the Turkey Trot Run and the downtown Christmas parade.

Turlock Recreation Services offers an online registration system called COMMUNITY PASS for classes, sports, summer and school break camps, the junior lifeguard program, and water polo, and it has a Recreation for All Scholarship Program to apply for scholarships to participate in programs. It also has a Teen Advisory Council and offers advertising opportunities in the activity guide or at Pedretti Park.
