Limelight Acting Studio

Limelight Acting Studio offers acting training, modeling training, and voice over training through group acting classes, private lessons, and one-on-one coaching. Students take part in activities such as scene study, script work, improvisation, mock auditions for TV, film and commercials, audition and callback preparation, and monologue coaching. The program also provides self tape services, on-camera technique work, self-taping practice, cold reads, customized scripts and monologues, script breakdown, character work, voice over technique, and branding guidance, including TV/film/commercial/voiceover ongoing group classes for teens and for adults.

Limelight Acting Studio offers a 6-Month Academy, 10-Month Academy, 12-Month Academy, and month-to-month ongoing group classes for teens and adults, with the 6-Month Acting Academy offered only twice per year and enrollment available for August 2026. Academy programs include professional reel production and free professional headshots with any Limelight Acting Academy enrollment, with a stated value of $625. The studio offers in-person or online training options, small class sizes with 1-on-1 attention in a supportive, small-group setting, and online registration for all group classes. Self tape services include professional lighting and audio, expert coaching, direction, high-quality filming, and fast delivery, and a voice over group class is led by industry professional Tania Gunadi.

Founder Kristin Pitts Altman is an on-set coach for family-friendly films and TV shows, a former child actress, and serves as Owner, Acting Coach, and On-Set Industry Veteran. Coach Tania Gunadi has appeared in series regular and guest starring roles on ABC, FX, Disney, Amazon, Netflix, and Nickelodeon and in numerous national commercials, Disney Channel TV series and movies, and various animated shows and video games. Coach Frank Caeti was a series regular on MADtv, appears in sketches on Jimmy Kimmel Live!, is an alumnus of The Second City National Touring Company and resident companies in Chicago and Las Vegas, has improvised thousands of shows worldwide, and teaches performance, improv, and writing classes at multiple institutions. Coach Chenae Moore has over a decade of acting experience, has booked commercial, print, voiceover, hosting, and film roles, and has over ten years of training in on-camera techniques, audition strategies, commercial acting, voiceover, and improv.

Limelight Acting Studio was established in 2012 and has been helping actors and models launch their careers since 2012. The studio’s mission is to help aspiring and experienced actors break through the noise and stand out by honing talent and mastering the audition process, with honest, practical, non-cookie-cutter training focused on building lasting careers without wasting time or money on gimmicks. Student Janice LeAnn Brown booked the lead recurring role of Billie on “Wizards Beyond Waverly Place” on Disney Channel and Disney+. Student Gavin Goudey booked a lead role in the feature film “Paper Tiger” starring Scarlett Johannson, Miles Teller and Adam Driver.
