Million Little Therapeutic Arts Programs offers therapeutic arts programs that include visual art, theater, music, and writing. The program uses art that empowers, aids with social and emotional expressions, and allows youth to see their lives in a positive light. Programs are custom-designed based on the needs of participants and are built on a culture of collaboration and true partnership with an open and experiential process.

Since 2010 Million Little has been providing strengths-based therapeutic arts programs and ongoing research projects for schools and community organizations in Los Angeles County and beyond. Million Little is a nonprofit organization that empowers and supports the healing process of youth and their families who have experienced trauma through the power of creativity. The organization serves youth experiencing incarceration, the foster care system, poverty, and those suffering from violence and adversity, and also offers youth resources and educational workshops. Million Little operates an online multimedia platform called “Million Little Voices” for youth to share stories and creative work, and provides workshops and trainings for adults working with children who have experienced trauma. Its community program supports Transitional Age Youth as they design and implement community projects, and its stated values include Creativity, Relationships, Environments, Acceptance, Trust, and Empowerment.

Hart Union High School District, Sulphur Spring Union School District, East Los Angeles Women’s Center, Crystal Stairs, Domestic Violence Center of Santa Clarita Valley, Boys & Girls Club, Family Promise, Child & Family Center of Santa Clarita, and College of the Canyons.
