Paseo Aquatics Swim Team offers a USA Swimming youth competitive year-round program that families can join at any time. The program includes Learn to Swim, Discovery Team, Challenge Teams, Champs Teams, Senior Teams, International teams, and Professional teams. Swimmers take part in swim education, water safety instruction, strength-building, and conditioning, and must be able to swim across the pool in 2 out of 4 strokes to participate.
• Ages: 5–18 years old
• Schedule: Virtual office hours Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Paseo Aquatics Swim Team describes itself as Santa Clarita's premier swim club and offers various programs for ages 5–18. The club operates under the mission of fostering an environment centered around health, support, education, and training that facilitates enduring excellence and performance in swimming, with a focus on swim education, water safety instruction, strength-building, and conditioning in a safe and supportive environment for athletes, coaches, and families. The program features high-quality, professional coaching and has been recognized as a Top 100 Club in the U.S. from 2023–2024. Paseo Aquatics Inc. has been active from 2010–2026.
The Path to Excellence is described as a 360-degree holistic development program within Paseo Aquatics Swim Team that goes beyond swimming. This program includes customized coaching, performance opportunities, and monthly Athlete Self-Reflection sessions. It prioritizes whole child development, including mental resilience, emotional intelligence, intrinsic motivation, and overall well-being, with the stated goal of nurturing champions who embody integrity, perseverance, and teamwork in and out of the water. The Path to Excellence emphasizes four cornerstones to develop the whole athlete and uses a holistic, balanced, intelligent, and premium approach to support athletes in excelling in swimming and other areas of life.
