The Jim Herrick Swim School offers private swim lessons, group swim lessons, Parent & Me swim classes, infant swim lessons, adult swim lessons, and Special Needs swim lessons. The program also offers Learn-to-Swim, Water-Safety Maintenance, Beginning Competitive Strokes, Advanced Competitive Strokes, a Summer Competitive Stroke Clinic, and a Pre-Competitive Swim Team.
• Ages: Infant–18 years old
• Schedule: Private lessons follow custom recurring weekly schedules that can be reserved up to one week in advance, with options to change or adjust based on available time slots; One or Two-Week Immersion Sessions run Monday through Friday over one or two consecutive weeks; Parent & Me classes are 30 minutes and offered weekly at set times; the Summer Competitive Stroke Clinic runs May through August with two weekly lessons over two consecutive weeks; the Pre-Competitive Swim Team season runs from September through March with 30-minute small-group lessons; business hours are Monday–Friday 9:00am–6:00pm, Saturday 8:00am–5:00pm, and Sunday 9:00am–1:00pm, open year round except during lightning and listed 2026 holiday closures.
• Price: Private Lessons: $52 per lesson (payment due monthly) plus registration; One-Week Immersion Session: $250 per session (payment due in advance) plus registration; Two-Week Immersion Session: $500 per session (payment due in advance) plus registration; Parent & Me: $25 per class (pay-as-you-go), no registration fee required; Summer Competitive Stroke Clinic: $200 per clinic (payment due in advance) plus registration; Pre-Competitive Swim Team: $50 per lesson (payment due monthly) plus registration; Registration Fee: $25 annual registration fee per family, collected at initial registration and annually on the anniversary month of initial registration if enrolled at that time.
