COPA Soccer Training Center offers activities such as Youth Soccer Leagues, Youth Leagues & Tournaments, Adult Soccer Leagues & Tournaments, Adult Open Play, and Open Play. The program also offers Athletic Performance and Sports Performance training, Team Training, Autonomous Training, Objective Assessments, Data-Driven Training, Camps, Parties and Events, Facility Rentals, COPA Score, COPA Skills Check, and COPA Fit. Training and play take place in spaces that include Turf and Futsal Arenas, a Skills Lab, the Cube, and indoor field space in what is described as one of the world’s most advanced training facilities and the most advanced facility in the Bay Area.

• Schedule: Options available Monday–Friday with hours from 9:30am–10:30pm, and Saturday–Sunday with hours from 8:30am–7:30pm
COPA STC’s certified coaches utilize a purposeful training methodology founded in leading sports science techniques. The program’s mission states that it strives to elevate the performance of every soccer player through the development and systematic application of objective performance assessments in a technologically enhanced “Laboratory” training environment, with a goal of being the global standard for both player identification and assessment-orientated player development. Unique features include objective data-driven player identification and development, objective performance assessments, and assessment-orientated player development, along with COPA Score 2.0, which measures passing, ball control, finishing, decision making, speed, strength, and agility skills. The Skills Check is described as a fun and engaging series of exercises to measure a young athlete’s capabilities, and membership includes unlimited sessions with flexible scheduling, plus Autonomous Training with private access to the Cube and Skills Lab without coaches or classes. Youth Leagues & Tournaments state guaranteed more touches, more shots, and more fun, with games played on Turf and Futsal Arenas, and camps are offered for all ages and skill levels, from fun and engaging kids camps to elite clinics for top-performing athletes. The program also offers an evening of quick games on a participant’s schedule without the long-term commitment of joining a league, and COPA Fit includes free weights, strength selectors, cardio, and powerlifting equipment. Community involvement includes a partnership described as “NorCal Premier & COPA STC: Expanding Opportunity Through the Objective Player Pathway,” and the program describes itself as pioneering an objective data-driven player identification and development revolution.
