COPA Soccer Training Center Youth Programs offers Youth Soccer Leagues, Youth Leagues & Tournaments, Camps, and Parties and Events. The program also includes Objective Assessments, Data-Driven Training, Sports Performance, Team Training, Autonomous Training, COPA Fit, COPA Score 2.0, Skills Check, and Autonomous Training in the Skills Lab and in the Cube. Games are played on Turf and Futsal Arenas, with Open Play and Facility Rentals also available.

• Schedule: Open seven days a week with morning to evening hours (Monday–Friday, Saturday, and Sunday)
COPA STC’s coaches are certified, and its certified coaches utilize a purposeful training methodology founded in leading sports science techniques. The program’s mission statement is to strive to elevate the performance of every soccer player to see them reach their full potential, with a goal to be the global standard for both player identification and assessment-orientated player development. The program features objective data-driven player identification and development, objective performance assessments in a technologically enhanced “Laboratory” training environment, and assessment protocols to establish critical skill benchmarks. COPA Score 2.0 measures passing, ball control, finishing, decision making, speed, strength, and agility skills, and Skills Check is a series of exercises to measure a young athlete’s capabilities. Membership includes unlimited sessions with flexible scheduling, and Autonomous Training is offered with no coaches and no classes. The facility is described as the most advanced in the Bay Area for competitive gameplay and includes indoor field space with Turf and Futsal Arena options, as well as COPA Fit with equipment ranging from free weights and strength selectors to cardio and powerlifting. NorCal Premier and COPA STC highlight “46 Players. One Year. The Pathway Continue.” and “Expanding Opportunity Through the Objective Player Pathway.”
