Grace Cooperative Preschool

Grace Cooperative Preschool is a cooperative preschool where parents participate alongside teachers in the classroom. The preschool allows parents the opportunity to learn and develop with their child as part of the daily program. Grace Cooperative Preschool’s child to adult ratio is around 4:1 to 3:1, with co-op parents taking on some very definite responsibilities as part of the school structure.

• Ages: 3–5 years old

The school is run by an experienced and dedicated staff, with Joy Martin serving as Director. The preschool is accredited by the NAEYC. Grace Cooperative Preschool hosts fundraisers throughout the year to help raise money to support the programs at the school. The preschool is described as a place where a child learns through play, by exploring his or her environment alone or with others. Co-operative preschools cost less than non co-op preschools.
