KidStrong Walnut Creek offers KidStrong Camp for ages 4-11. The camp includes obstacle courses, team games, an Epic Finale celebration, and sample day blocks such as Explore the Floor, Affirmation & Greeting, The First 60, Snack & Recharge, Kids' Choice, Daily Challenge, Lunch, STEAM-Inspired Physical Activities, Obstacle Course Challenge, Closing Ceremony Practice, Cooldown, and Awards. KidStrong-certified coaches lead the camp, and a KidStrong membership is not required.

KidStrong is a children's fitness and enrichment program, not a licensed childcare, daycare, or educational facility. All participants must complete a waiver before attending, and all kids must be potty trained. Camp check-in and check-out use a secure process through the camp Kiosk with a unique PIN for parents and authorized trusted contacts.
