Ramah Day Camp LA offers activities that include science, swimming, dancing, cooking, soccer, and music. The program includes weekly theme days and Friday Shabbat celebrations, and its programming is infused with vibrant Jewish tradition.

• Price: SESSION 1 (3 WEEKS) June 22 - July 10 $2325; SESSION 2 (3 WEEKS) July 13 - July 31 $2325; FULL SUMMER (6 WEEKS) June 22 - July 31 $4650; BUS TRANSPORTATION FEE, ANY SESSION $225; BUS TRANSPORTATION FEE, FULL SUMMER $450; EARLY ENROLLMENT: Apply before February 16th $150 off a single session (three weeks), $300 off the full summer (six weeks); SIBLINGS: $50 off per each additional child enrolled in any Ramah CA camp; DUAL ENROLLMENT: Attend BOTH Ramah CA camps and receive $100 off total enrollment; All applications have a non-refundable application fee of $75; FACTS charges a $40 application fee as part of the process.

Ramah Day Camp LA creates joyful experiences for Jewish children entering K-5th grade in an environment described as overflowing with chesed (kindness), wonder, and discovery, with a focus on joyful Judaism, love for Israel, community, and kindness. Enrollment will open on November 16th for rising K-5th graders. Ramah Day Camp LA families in need of financial assistance are invited to apply for a Camp Ramah Scholarship, and to support this process the camp has partnered with FACTS, a third-party organization that collects applications and documentation and validates the information provided.

Ramah Day Camp LA is a program of Camp Ramah in California (CRCA), which also operates Camp Ramah, a coeducational, residential summer camp based in Ojai. Both camps are affiliated with the Conservative Movement and National Ramah Commission under the educational auspices of the Ziegler School of Rabbinic Studies at American Jewish University. Camp Ramah, the residential camp in Ojai, is accredited by the American Camp Association.

One parent in 2024 stated that their children’s love for Judaism and Israel is flourishing and that their connection to a Jewish camp community is instilled. A 2025 parent shared that the experience for their two girls exceeded high expectations and mentioned the staff, organization, communications, activities, singing, dancing, various electives, and the community that was built in a short time. Another 2025 parent said their daughter is already asking to be signed up for next year and described the camp as a warm, welcoming, fun, and exciting Jewish summer camp experience she will never forget.
