Mind Crafters Robotics

Mind Crafters Robotics offers Jr. Robotics Engineer, where students learn basic robotics and programming using LEGO WeDo. It also offers VEX IQ Robotics Engineer, where students use VEX IQ robots and learn about motors, Smart sensors, chains, gears, systems, simple machines, teamwork, problem solving, and critical thinking. Minecraft Modding is a coding, programming, and game design class.

• Jr. Robotics Engineer — 5-7 · Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday; 4:00-5:30 pm, 6:00-7:30 pm, and Saturday 9:30-11:00 am, 11:30 am-1:00 pm · $180 · Great for younger kids 5-7. Students learn the basic concepts of Robotics & Programming using LEGO WeDo.
• VEX IQ Robotics Engineer — 8-13 · Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday; 4:00-5:30 pm, 6:00-7:30 pm, and Saturday 9:30-11:00 am, 11:30 am-1:00 pm · $200 · Students use VEX IQ robots and learn about motors, Smart sensors, chains, gears, systems, simple machines, team work, problem solving, and critical thinking.
• Minecraft Modding — 8-14 · Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday; 4:00-5:30 pm, 6:00-7:30 pm, and Saturday 9:30-11:00 am, 11:30 am-1:00 pm · $200 · Coding / Programming / Game Design class.
• SCRATCH Programmer and Game Designer — 8-12 · Coding / Programming / Game Design class.
• Trial Class — $45–$50

About the provider

The program says its classes are designed to introduce students to the importance of science, technology, engineering, arts, and mathematics. Trained coaches guide children with an introduction to robotics and/or programming, and the program uses easy to learn software and original robotic kits.
