Monet: The Immersive Experience features a 360-degree digital show of Claude Monet's works, including a 20,000 sq. ft. light and sound spectacular with two-story projections showcasing over 300 of Monet's paintings and sketches. The program includes a virtual reality journey into the world of Claude Monet, an interactive painting activity where visitors create their own works of art and see them projected onto the wall, and a coloring activity. The experience is mostly visual and is suitable for deaf people, and the space is accessible for prams and strollers.

All educational groups, including schools, camps, and social centers with 10 or more people, can sign up, reserve tickets, and pay later, and school visits and educational group visits are available. Large group bookings for 25 or more people are available, and the program can also host private and corporate events and team-building sessions. Tickets are available in the Fever app, on the Fever website, and at the on-site box office (subject to availability), and tickets can be transferred to another person for free via the Fever app, with date changes allowed as stated in the ticket terms. Visitors can take photos and share them as long as they avoid disturbing other customers, and flash photography, alcohol, guns, professional equipment, tripods, pets, and anything that may disturb other patrons are not permitted, while service animals are allowed. Carer tickets are available as a free pass for personal assistants or support workers upon proof at the entrance, and no strobe lights are used.
