International Gymnastics Centre

International Gymnastics Centre offers Moms, Pops and Tots for children ages 18 months to 3 years, with gymnastics in play-based and engaging activities supported by a parent and a coach. It also offers Tiny Tots for ages 3 to 4 years, where toddlers explore gymnastics skills and self awareness, and Kinder for ages 4 to 5 years, which combines active learning with gymnastics. Summer Camp is offered in June, July, and August as 1-week sessions with half-day and full-day options.

• Moms, Pops and Tots — 18 months to 3 years · Introduces toddlers to gymnastics in a safe environment supported by a parent and the coach. Works to help children explore gymnastics through play and engaging activities.
• Tiny Tots — 3 to 4 years · Toddlers explore and learn self awareness and physical adaptation through developmentally appropriate gymnastics skills.
• Kinder — 4 to 5 years · A full-fledged educational gymnastics experience that combines active learning with gymnastics.
• Summer Camp — 6 weeks of summer camp in June, July, and August; each camp is 1 week long; half-day 8:30 am-12:30 pm; full day 8:30 am-3:30 pm · Includes plenty of activities and gymnastics for energetic children.

The business was created 20 years ago. Denise Champagne is the founder and president, and Jimmy Strosnider is the Program Director and Head Coach. The center states that its educators are qualified and safety certified. Denise attends current seminars and workshops, and Jimmy Strosnider has been a professionally certified coach through USAG for 17 years. The center states that every child deserves to feel confident and build self esteem, and that it provides gymnastics instruction that builds strong skills and a lifelong love for fitness.

Free trial is offered. Classes are designed to cater to all abilities and age groups. Proper progressions are a priority. Birthday party packages are offered.
