Southeast Ventura County YMCA Summer Camps offer a variety of options including Traditional Summer Day Camp, Adventure Camp, EXPO Camp, Sports Camp, Preschool Mini Camp, Leadership in Training Camp, and Counselors in Training (CIT). Camp days include activities such as art, physical activity, swimming, and homework help. Bus transportation is available with daily round-trip shuttle service from the Yarrow Family YMCA to the Conejo Valley YMCA Day Camp.

• Ages: 3–15 years old
• Schedule: Regular camp hours are 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with extended care available at no additional charge from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. and from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. each day
• Price: $300 provides one week of summer camp; $2,500 sends a child to summer camp for 8 weeks

Each day, campers are expected to bring a healthy packed lunch, snacks for morning and afternoon snack times, sunblock, a swimsuit and towel, and a refillable water bottle, with all belongings labeled with the child’s name. Children should wear light, durable clothes that can get dirty and closed-toed shoes; sandals and flip-flops are not allowed except if packed for water play days. Parents must supply sunscreen with a minimum SPF 30, and any medication must be brought by a parent in the original prescription container, along with a signed Authorization to Administer Medication form; over-the-counter medication requires a written note from the child’s doctor. Curbside drop-off and pick-up use tablet sign-in and sign-out, and no one under the age of 18 is permitted to sign a child out. All new camp registration must be completed through the online registration system at least 24 hours before the next camp day.

The Southeast Ventura County YMCA states that it builds relationships, impacts lives and strengthens community through youth development, healthy living and social responsibility. The YMCA is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit social services organization dedicated to youth development, healthy living and social responsibility. The organization counts on community generosity to provide financial assistance so families in all its communities can access programs, and financial assistance is available for summer camps. The Conejo Valley YMCA began in 1964.
