About

The Youth Theatre Arts Program features seven weeks of rehearsals that lead to six fully staged performances. Participants receive acting, singing, and dancing instruction, along with voice production and choreography training. The program also includes teamwork and collaboration with fellow cast and crew members, off-stage learning in stagecraft and behind-the-scenes responsibilities, and creative skill-building.

• Schedule: Seven weeks of rehearsals

The Youth Theatre Arts Program is presented as the Summer 2026 production Alice in Wonderland Jr. Previous Youth Theatre Arts Program productions have included Wonka Jr (Summer 2024), Annie Jr (Summer 2023), Aladdin Jr (Summer 2022), Wizard of Oz (Summer 2019), and Alice in Wonderland (Summer 2018). The program’s mission states that it offers young performers a dynamic and enriching introduction to the world of theatre as an immersive educational experience.

The leadership team includes Directors Maria O'Connor and Priscilla Gonzalez-Suciu, Choreographer Ashley Rowlett, and Stage Manager Jaylyn Kahle.
