British Swim School of the San Francisco Bay Area offers Tadpole water acclimation for 3 to 36 months with a parent or guardian in the water, Swimboree beginner water survival for 3 to 36 months after Tadpole, and Seahorse advanced water survival for 18 to 36 months. It also offers Starfish water acclimation, Minnow beginner water survival, Turtle 1 advanced water survival, Turtle 2 beginner stroke skills, Shark 1 advanced stroke skills, and Shark 2 pre-team swimmers for ages 3 to 17 years, plus Young Adult lessons for ages 12+ and Adult lessons for ages 18+.

- Tadpole — 3 to 36 months with a parent or guardian in the water · Water acclimation; 6 swimmers max. Introduces little ones to the water in a calm, playful setting.
- Swimboree — 3 to 36 months who have completed Tadpole · Beginner Water Survival; 4 swimmers max. Builds on Tadpole with parent/guardians remaining in the water.

About the provider
The program was founded in 1981, expanded to North America in 1991, and now has over 450 locations. Its mission is to teach water survival skills and inspire confidence in swimmers of all ages, and it describes year-round enrollment with classes for infants, toddlers, kids, teens, and adults.
