About the provider

The program materials say it empowers individuals with developmental and other disabilities to become more physically active and live a healthy, balanced lifestyle. They also say the program is certified in inclusive fitness through the ACSM and NCHPAD, CPR and AED certified, and led by a judo black belt instructor.

A free trial session is offered for every new athlete. A real person replies usually within one business day. No pressure, no commitment. Families are welcome to observe from the designated waiting area behind the ZOOZ green training line. Sessions are available in 45 or 60 minutes. Most athletes train one to three times per week.
