GYMNASTIKA Athletic Studio offers rhythmic gymnastics, ballet, gymnastics and acrobatics, dance classes, and physical development classes in small groups for children and adults. The program includes rhythmic gymnastics for girls, ballet classes for girls, gymnastics for boys, Parent and Me classes, classes for women, and private classes. Students take part in activities such as strength, flexibility and coordination training, dance, games and creative movement, and fun educational activities that include reading and math in an engaging format.

• Schedule: Class and program options are available Monday–Friday from 9:00 AM–10:00 PM and Saturday–Sunday from 9:00 AM–3:00 PM, with an After School Program on weekdays from either 3:30–7:30 PM or 4:00–8:00 PM, and camps running 9:00 AM–3:00 PM.
• Price: Summer Camp 2026 tuition is $140 per day or $600 per week (5 full days) with a healthy lunch included, with a $100 non-refundable deposit required to reserve a camp spot, and class pricing includes a $35 enrollment fee, a $20 monthly membership, and monthly tuition starting at $100 for a 30-minute class once a week.
Summer Camp 2026 is scheduled for June 15–19, June 22–26, and July 13–17 from 9:00 AM–3:00 PM, with small groups and healthy lunch included every day. Thanksgiving Camp runs November 23–25 from 9:00 AM–3:00 PM as a three-day camp. The After School Program is screen-free and includes homework and book time, snack and breaks, and outdoor park time with fresh air and active play.
The studio offers a range of dance and movement options, including K-POP Demon Hunters Experience with K-pop choreography and a flashmob-style routine, Latin Fusion for adults at a beginner level, Raqs & Reps for women ages 16 and up, Iranian Dance for children ages 8–12, Breakdance for ages 5–8, Hip-Hop for ages 6–9 and 8–12, and Contemporary Dance for ages 11–13. There are also Stretching & Strengthening for Women, Stretching & Strengthening for Teens, Flexibility & Injury Prevention for professional dancers, and stretching classes for women. Mommy and Me classes are offered starting as early as 3 months old, and independent participation in classes can begin at age 3.
GYMNASTIKA Athletic Studio describes rhythmic gymnastics as combining dance, ballet, acrobatics, and apparatus such as ribbons, hoops, balls, ropes, and clubs, performed to music, and describes it as widely considered a safe sport with common injuries limited to minor bumps or blisters. Each class is limited to 14 students, with 2 to 3 instructors per group, and makeup classes are offered if a class is missed. Summer Camp groups are small, and space is limited to ensure personalized attention for every camper.
The studio runs special events including a Halloween Show & Celebration on October 31 at 11:00 AM, a Winter Show on Sunday, December 13 at 11:00 AM, and a Summer Show on Sunday, May 31. Each child at the Halloween Show & Celebration receives a special goodie bag, and each child at the Winter Show receives a special gift. Friends and families outside of the studio are warmly invited to attend the Halloween Show & Celebration and Winter Show with a purchased ticket, and guests outside of the studio are welcome at the Halloween Show & Celebration with a purchased ticket.
Holiday Schedule 2026 includes closures or observances for Easter (Saturday–Sunday, April 4–5), Independence Day (Friday–Sunday, July 3–5), Labor Day (Monday, September 7), Thanksgiving (Thursday, November 26), and Christmas & New Year Break (Friday, December 25–Sunday, January 3). Summer Camp tuition requires families to submit a $100 non-refundable deposit and then call (310) 404-8224 to confirm camp week(s) or dates.
GYMNASTIKA Athletic Studio was created with a stated purpose to teach American children to overcome the old and new pressures and pains of growing up. The studio uses the ABC approach (Attitudes-Body-Conduct), developed by founder Galyna Gorbis, which is described as designed to build resilience and flexibility in the Body-Mind complex and to change students’ Attitudes-Body-Conduct. The ABC approach has been applied for over two decades, and training takes place in a safe, supportive, and positive environment. The studio partners with parents and assigns individual home-practice work for the family to monitor and encourage.
