GYMNASTIKA Athletic Studio

GYMNASTIKA Athletic Studio offers rhythmic gymnastics, ballet, gymnastics parent & me, gymnastics for boys, classes for women focused on stretching and strengthening, dance classes, an after-school program, and a Thanksgiving Camp 2026. Rhythmic gymnastics uses ribbons, hoops, balls, ropes, and clubs. The after-school program runs Monday through Friday from 3:30 PM to 7:30 PM or 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and costs $140 per day.

About the provider

The studio’s about page says it was created to teach American children to overcome pressures and pains of growing up. It also says the ABC approach was developed by Galyna Gorbis, the founder of GYMNASTIKA, and that it has been applied in over two decades. The mission statement says the program teaches individual competence, self-confidence, self-improvement, and resilience through physical training and the ABC approach.
