The Winter Skills Clinic focuses on dribbling, passing, shooting, and small-sided play. The program is led by LAFC So Cal Youth’s professional coaching staff and runs as a 5-week Saturday clinic.

• Schedule: 5-week Saturday program in January and February, with separate boys and girls time slots

The Winter Skills Clinic is scheduled on Saturdays, January 10, 17, 24, 31 and February 7, with boys training from 9:00–10:15 AM and girls from 10:30–11:45 AM. Rain make-up dates are listed as February 14 and 21. The clinic is designed especially for recreational players looking to stay active and improve their skills during the off-season, with high-energy training focused on essential techniques in a positive, fun-filled environment.
LAFC So Cal Youth is led locally by John Andrade (contact: [email protected]). LAFC So Cal Youth was formed by LAFC and Real So Cal Soccer Club and has a partnership that extends LAFC’s player development expertise to over 4,000 youth soccer players in the Real So Cal and West Valley Soccer League (WVSL) program. The recreational West Valley Soccer League will soon be known as LAFC So Cal Youth Recreational League, which has both a fall and spring league, with teams coached by parent volunteers. LAFC So Cal Youth’s competitive program is year round, with all competitive teams professionally coached, and competitive teams play in ECNL, ECNL Regional League, or SOCAL. Sponsors include Adidas, Soccer.com, BMO, Synergy, and Pierce College, and partners include US Club Soccer, SoCal, ECNL Girls, and ECNL Boys. BMO is the Official Jersey Sponsor of LAFC So Cal Youth for the 2025/26 and 2026/27 seasons.
