Woodland Hills Sunrise Little League offers Tee Ball, Minors Coach Pitch, Majors Coach Pitch, and league age 8, 9, 10, 11, and 12/13 evaluations. It states that all players are evaluated, there are no cuts, and every child with completed registration is placed on a team.

About the provider
The league was born in 1955. It says it has helped teach and nurture over 35,000 children in the community over the past 60 years and has over 750 children who participate each year. Its mission statement says it has offered kids a safe haven to play baseball and learn about teamwork, sportsmanship, loyalty, and courage. The league services Woodland Hills, Tarzana, Calabasas, Reseda, Winnetka, Canoga Park, and West Hills. It also finds sponsors, raises money to help defray costs, provides scholarships for less fortunate families, and has volunteers who run the snack shack, coach, umpire, and groom the fields.
We never turn down or cut a child from our program. To be drafted into Majors (spring season only) you 100% must be evaluated.
