Families can start with a free introductory class, most students begin as complete beginners, parents are encouraged to observe classes, and a one-on-one conversation can be scheduled before the first class to discuss a child’s specific needs. Participants are asked to wear comfortable workout clothes at first, and a martial arts uniform is provided after enrollment.
