Woodland Gymnastics offers gymnastics, cheerleading, and tumbling classes, along with birthday parties, open gyms, parents' night outs, camps, and Starlets playtimes. The program serves a year-round club membership of over 300 athletes and uses the motto “building balance for life.”

• Schedule: Office hours Monday–Thursday 4pm–7pm, with classes hosted Monday–Thursday
• Price: Parents or guardians who can prove financial need can get 10–40% off monthly tuition costs.
Woodland Gymnastics was founded in 1972 by William LaQuard as a non-profit organization dedicated to providing quality gymnastics training and activities for youth in Yolo County and surrounding areas. The program’s mission is to offer a curriculum where all kids progress through skill tests and achievement awards, with a philosophy that includes having fun, exploring their world, and promoting good fitness, drive, and work ethic. Woodland Gymnastics states that its goal is to teach lessons that will last beyond the gym and to create a foundation that will help athletes excel in athletics beyond their gymnastics career. The program is staffed by a team of trained and experienced coaches and offers scholarships, with a special thank you noted for its 2025 sponsors. Athletes ages 18 months and older can sign up for gymnastics classes, and athletes ages 3 to 18 years old can sign up for cheerleading and tumbling classes.
