California 4-H STEM Resources – Sutter-Yuba Counties offers project sheets and curricula in areas such as aerospace and rocketry, engineering, computer and internet use, electricity and electronics, robotics, and scientific literacy. Available materials include the California 4-H Aerospace & Rocketry, Engineering, Computer & Internet, Electricity & Electronics, Robotics, and Scientific Literacy project sheets, along with SET Activities and Youth Experiences in Science Curriculum. The program also uses Discover 4-H Utah resources, including Art of Math, Robotics Curriculum, LEGO Robotics Curriculum, Coding Curriculum, and Python Coding Curriculum.

The UCCE Sutter–Yuba Counties team states that its mission is to connect the community with practical, research-based support from the University of California. UCCE Sutter–Yuba works in collaboration with Sutter County and Yuba County through programs such as CalFresh Healthy Living, 4-H Youth Development, and Master Gardeners. Within this work, the Featured Project: Growing Healthy Futures for Sutter County Youth expands hands-on learning opportunities for local youth through school gardens, STEM programs, nutrition education, and agriculture-focused activities.
