• Ages: 5–18 years old

The 4-H Youth Development Program – Sutter-Yuba Counties is part of the University of California Cooperative Extension (UCCE) Sutter–Yuba, a bi-county office founded in 1918. The program’s mission, as a part of UC Agriculture and Natural Resources (UCANR), is to “serve California through the creation, development, and application of knowledge in agricultural, natural, and human resources.” UCCE Sutter–Yuba works in close collaboration with Sutter County and Yuba County to bring University of California research, education, and community programs directly to local residents. The UCCE Sutter–Yuba Counties team connects the community with practical, research-based support from the University of California, and the Featured Project partners across CalFresh Healthy Living, 4-H Youth Development, and Master Gardeners.
