The Academy Summer Camp

The Academy Summer Camp includes activities in arts, humanities, sciences, gym, creative movement, and computers. The program uses a unique educational approach that combines the Creative Curriculum with project and play-based learning, with hands-on learning and project work. Enrichment classes at the camp include gym, creative movement, and computers.

• Ages: 6–12 years old
• Schedule: Summer Camp 2025 runs from May 26 through August 8, with weekly camp sessions offered at both Arvada and Westminster locations and full-day hours from 7:00 AM–5:30 PM in Arvada and 6:45 AM–5:30 PM in Westminster; the school is closed on May 26, July 4, August 14, and August 15.
• Price: $100 registration fee per child, per year.

The Academy Early Childhood Education Center was established in 1994. The program was founded on the belief that parents today want more than traditional daycare and offers a structured, play-based program that supports emotional, social, physical, and intellectual development in a safe and nurturing environment. The Academy reports that 96% of its students meet or exceed national benchmarks. Summer Camp 2025 themes include Aquatic Adventures, Artistic Inspiration, Blowing off STEAM, Adventures Unlimited, Plant Power, Master Chefs, Game Masters, All Ball, Crazy Contraptions, Legendary Creatures from Around the Globe, and Freaky Forces. The Academy is now enrolling ages 12 months through 12 years, with programs for Toddlers (ages 1 to 3 years), Preschool (ages 3 to 4 years), Pre-K (ages 4 to 5 years), and School Age (ages 5 to 12 years).
