Denver Juniors Volleyball Club focuses on volleyball training led by a unified coaching philosophy. Coaches are trained in the same approach and use motivational techniques, real-game drills, and developmentally appropriate coaching that is tailored to each player.
The club’s mission is summed up as “One club, one philosophy,” stating that every player is in a different place in their growth as an athlete mentally, physically, and emotionally, and that each player needs something different to become their best. The leadership team includes Club Owner and Director Anil Dervisevic, who is also referred to as Denver Junior's Owner and Director, and Club Director Alan. Coaches are described as knowing motivational techniques, real-game drills, and developmentally appropriate coaching and will coach to each player.
