Developmental Level III junior classes and camps provide concepts needed for creating consistent motion and offer a lower student/teacher ratio and increased class time for more personal attention. Classes are taught by highly trained and experienced PGA and LPGA professionals using the most advanced training techniques and aids available, and weather permitting, courses are open year round except Thanksgiving Day and December 25.
The program’s stated goal is to make golf a thoroughly rewarding and enjoyable experience for every student. Instructor Ben Tremayne states, “Swing your swing and let’s see where we can improve.” Instructor Beth Folsom states that a person’s golf game and reasons for playing golf are as unique as the individual and that her primary goal in instruction is to help players discover and develop physical and mental skills in accordance with their personal goals. Instructor Jim Edfors states that every body is different so every swing will be unique, that ball flight is a diagnosable cause and effect, and that he aims to help each client find an efficient and repeatable motion to optimize impact while acting as a guide to help each client “find their groove.”
