Foothills & Meadows Junior Golf Classes and Camps introduces juniors to golf through specific skills including putting, chipping, pitching, and full swing. Introductory junior classes and camps use these activities in a fun environment to learn how to play golf. Developmental junior classes and camps include a lower student/teacher ratio and increased class time for more personal attention.
• Ages: 5–16 years old
• Price: Ben Tremayne Adult Lessons: Single lesson, 1 hour: $125; 3-hour package: $390; 6-hour package: $720; 10-hour package: $1,050. Ben Tremayne Adult Group Lessons: 2 people: $75 per person, per hour; 3 people: $60 per person, per hour. Ben Tremayne Junior (age 16 and under) Lessons: Single lesson, 1 hour: $120; 3-hour package: $330; 6-hour package: $630. Ben Tremayne Junior (age 16 and under) Group Lessons: 2 juniors: $65 per junior, per hour; 3 juniors: $50 per junior, per hour. Beth Folsom Adult 30 minute lesson: $50 / Series of 4 = $180; Adult 45 minute lesson: $75 / Series of 4 = $270; Adult 60 minute lesson: $100 / Series of 4 = $360. Beth Folsom Junior 30 minute lesson: $40; Junior 45 minute lesson: $60; Junior 60 minute lesson: $80. Beth Folsom create your own group per hour: 2 people: $120; 3 to 5 people: $150.
Classes are taught by highly trained and experienced PGA and LPGA professionals. Ben is a Class A PGA Member, Beth is a Class A LPGA Professional, and Jim is a Class A PGA Professional who has achieved Level One Certification from the Titleist Performance Institute. The program leadership includes PGA Head Professional Brendan Murphy at Meadows Golf Club and PGA Head Professional Joe Pinson at Foothills Golf Course. The program utilizes advanced training techniques and aids, and State of the Art computer and video technology is available to assist in understanding the improving process. The Par 3 course at Foothills Golf Course and Par 3 or Executive 9 Golf Course provide situations for students to experience playing. Weather permitting, courses are open year round except Thanksgiving Day and December 25. The stated goal is to make golf a thoroughly rewarding and enjoyable experience for every student.
