Elemental Studios

Elemental Studios offers adult dance classes for ages 16 and up. Classes include Hip Hop Basics: Fundamentals & Vocabulary, Intro to Shuffle, Hip Hop Basics: Grooves & Rhythm, Beginner Hip Hop Choreo, Beginner/Intermediate Hip Hop & R&B, Intermediate Hip Hop, Open Level Hip Hop & R&B, Beginner Heels, Beginner Sexy Floorwork, Beginner/Intermediate Heels, and Baddies (Sneakers or Heels).

Programs

• Adult dance classes — 16+ · Classes available every day of the week
• Hip Hop Basics: Fundamentals & Vocabulary — Mondays, 5:15 PM · Intro level. Learn foundational movements, dance vocabulary, coordination, technique, and body control.
• Intro to Shuffle — Tuesdays, 7:15 PM · Intro level. Learn the fundamentals of shuffle dance, including the Running Man, T Step, and foundational footwork.
• Hip Hop Basics: Grooves & Rhythm — Wednesdays, 6:15 PM · Intro level. Learn rhythm, grooves, bounce, musicality, and body awareness.
• Beginner Hip Hop Choreo — Tuesdays, 6:15 PM · Beginner level choreography with shorter combinations.
• Beginner/Intermediate Hip Hop & R&B — Tuesdays, 5:15 PM · Beginner/Intermediate level. More detailed choreography focused on groove, musicality, and performance.
• Intermediate Hip Hop — Thursdays, 8:30 PM · Intermediate level. Fast-paced choreography focused on performance, musicality, and advanced hip hop techniques.
• Open Level Hip Hop & R&B — Wednesdays, 7:15 PM · Open level. Performance-focused choreography for dancers ready to challenge themselves.
• Beginner Heels — Wednesdays, 8:30 PM · Beginner level. Build confidence while learning heels technique, musicality, and beginner-friendly choreography.
• Beginner Sexy Floorwork — Tuesdays, 8:30 PM · Beginner level. Learn floor transitions, body awareness, and sensual movement. Knee pads recommended.
• Beginner/Intermediate Heels — Thursdays, 6:15 PM · Beginner/Intermediate level. More intricate choreography, performance quality, and technique.
• Baddies (Sneakers or Heels) — Mondays, 8:30 PM · Open level. Confidence-focused choreography class where you can dance in sneakers or heels depending on the week's style.
