Morning Star Jiu Jitsu offers Kids Jiu Jitsu, No Gi Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Gi Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and Competition Training. Kids Jiu Jitsu focuses on strong values, confidence, focus, teamwork, leadership, anti-bullying strategies, and self-defense. No Gi Brazilian Jiu Jitsu focuses more on real-world self-defense scenarios than point-based competition style, and Competition Training focuses on ground control and leverage within the rules of the tournament setting.
