El Nidito Early Childhood Education is a state-licensed early care and education program that offers a multicultural and bilingual experience for children and families every day. The program operates within The Family Center / La Familia, which serves as a Family Resource Center for Northern Colorado. El Nidito is part of a Colorado Shines Level 5 rated program, with well-trained and effective staff recognized as part of that rating.
The Family Center / La Familia, which includes El Nidito, is celebrating its 30th anniversary. Its mission is working alongside diverse families to provide high quality childcare and supportive services, with an emphasis on cultural attunement with the Latinx community, with a vision of creating a community in which all families are safe, supported, and thriving. The program’s unique features include its multicultural and bilingual experience for children and families every day, its emphasis on cultural attunement with the Latinx community, and its role as a Family Resource Center serving Northern Colorado.
