About
The Cooking Studio Kids & Teens Camps offer kids cooking summer camps that focus on hands-on cooking and baking. Camp activities include making pasta, soups, breads, main dishes, sides, appetizers, desserts, and family meals, using fresh, local ingredients and making everything from scratch. Kids use all the equipment in The Cooking Studio, follow a recipe packet so they can make the recipes at home, and work with a Chef Instructor and a Chef Assistant using a “Guide At Your Side vs The Sage On The Stage” approach, learning the same recipes that adults learn in other classes. Classes are 100% hands-on, and participants either eat what they make or bring it home to share, with cooking topics that include international cuisines and home cooking.
