The stated goal of NORCO Youth Programs is to provide a welcoming and affirming environment where young players develop both skills and a lifelong love for the game, and the youth program is described as having a direct impact on the growth of volleyball in Northern Colorado and the viability of the club program. The program’s stated purpose is to motivate and encourage elementary and middle school students to develop a love for volleyball, to instill NORCO core values so players are developing on and off the court, to offer new ideas and innovate current programs, and to connect NORCO core players and coaches, local college players, and local businesses to the youth program to create a sense of community. NORCO Volleyball is a non-profit organization that focuses on developing volleyball players into well-rounded individuals, with coaches who strive to teach young men and women how to be successful, and describes club volleyball as a tool that teaches them to face difficult circumstances and balance school, life, family, and volleyball.

NORCO invites community members to partner with the program, including long-time volleyball enthusiasts, former and current players, and former and current parents. The organization lists several ways to give back, including sponsoring a current player, supporting building maintenance, contributing to coaches’ salaries, and funding upgrades that improve the overall experience of players, parents, and fans.
